¥ Paint the Harris Room
¥ Install solar panels and a battery. We want to reduce our reliance on
bought-in electricity. Once we have paid off the installation we will benefit
from lower costs.
¥ Height Barrier to the upper car park. Many local car parks have barriers to
avoid the cost and inconvenience of unauthorized entry.
In the longer term we are investigating an enlargement of the Harris Room
to bring in more business. Some local residents9 classes are finding it too
small.
I would like to thank the trustees for their help and support over the year
in ensuring that we offer a first-class facility to the village.

At the moment of going to press, we were very sorry to hear that Brenda
had died peacefully in Pembury Hospital on 25 May. She had lived for many
years in Oakdale Lane. We hope to publish a tribute later.
