Westerham Society - Canada Day Celebration
1 July, 6-8pm, Quebec House
We are delighted to invite you to the Westerham Society's annual
celebration of Canada Day, held in the gardens of Quebec House in
Westerham. Drinks and canapés are served at this social summer gathering
which celebrates Westerham's connection with Canada through the
achievements of General Wolfe. We are pleased to extend the invitation
once again to members of the Wolfe Society. Parking is available in the
Darent Car Park around the corner.
Places must be booked in advance. Ticket £15 per person - issued on a first

Open meeting AGM, followed by The Forensic response to The South East
Asian Tsunami by David Tadd. This talk sets out in detail the forensic
processes undertaken to identify victims of mass disaster. The talk focuses
on the world's biggest mass disaster in South East Asia in 2004. The speaker
was the first Officer deployed from the UK and was eventually appointed
as the UK Co Ordinator. The talk will also give a brief outline of the victim
identification process for the 7/7 London bombings.
